Add a new open follow-up task in
SPECS/Workplan.md:FU-P11-T2-3: Reorder sessions from the last to the firstThis captures the Session Timeline ordering issue where older sessions currently appear before newer sessions, and defines outputs plus acceptance criteria for newest-first ordering.
